Locking or Unlocking a Booking
You can lock and unlock bookings from Schedule Editor.
Before you begin
Schedule Editor must be open.
About this task
In Schedule Editor, Locking prevents a selected booking from being rescheduled during a batch schedule. Unlocking removes the lock on a locked booking to allow it to be rescheduled during a batch schedule.
Procedure
- Select Live or Template from Schedule Type

Do one of the following:
- If Live was selected, type or select a date from Current Schedule.
- If Template was selected, select a day of the week from Current Schedule.
Unscheduled trips tab is displayed in the Schedules pane

To view scheduled trips. Click the
plus icon, and select Scheduled Trips from the
pop-up menu.

A Scheduled Trips tab is pinned to the Schedules pane. You can view both scheduled trips and unscheduled Trips at the same time, by navigating between the two tabs. -
Right-click a booking in the Scheduled Trips tab or the
Unscheduled Trips tab, Do one of the following:
- Click Lock to prevent a booking from being rescheduled during batch scheduling.
- Click Unlock to remove a lock on a booking.
