Load Factors

1) For employees, load factors are defined in minutes and are used to set the amount of time the driver needs to load a vehicle with passenger and equipment. Multiple From Dates can be defined to automatically update employee load factors.

2) For space types, Value to be the basis for calculating the time it takes to load multiple clients of the same space type.

For example, if three ambulatory clients are booking trips for the same time, origin, and destination, the load time is four minutes, the load factor could be set to 0.5. Using the calculation 0.5 × 4, the first client loads in four minutes while the second and third client load at two minutes each.
