Creating a New Location

Locations (for example, hospitals or restaurants) can be added and geocoded in One Mobility.

Before you begin

The Locations page must be open.

About this task

Ancillary data and property settings should be defined by a system administrator.

Additional information about locations, such as location capacity and a picture, can be defined.

Procedure

Click +New Location
A new location profile opens.

On the Detail tab, complete the necessary fields.

On the Location Details tab, turn the necessary toggles on.
- Active
- Needs Special Attention
- Restrictive Access
- Resource site
Complete the necessary fields:
- Type
- Location Name
- Jurisdiction Polygon
- Authorization Number
- Vehicle Exclusion
- Accessibility
- Location Address
  Note:
  The address typed here will appear in Bookings whenever the location is selected as a pickup or dropoff. To geocode a location, see Geocoding Addresses, and Using Address Matcher.
- Location Phone
- Contact First Name
- Contact last Name
- Multiple Load Factor
- Load Time
- Unload Time
Optional: Click Date Rules.
1. Click Add Date Rule.
  Date Rule 1 appears.
2. Select Includes or Excludes from the Date Rule 1 dropdown list.
  
  Note:
  This determines if the date rule will include or exclude the subscription booking based on the dates you will set later on.
3. Set the From Date and To Date.
4. Select an option from the Repeat dropdown list:
  - Daily
  - Weekly
  - Monthly by Date
  - Monthly by Day
  - Yearly
  - Holiday
  Notice:
  Selecting a specific Repeat option will have it's another corresponding repeating option.
  
  If you select, Daily, Weekly or Yearly, the following dropdown lists appear:
  
  Repeat Every
  
  If falls on Weekend
  
  If you select Month by Date, the following dropdown lists appear:
  
  Repeat Every
  
  Each
  
  If falls on Weekend
  
  If you select Monthly by Day, the following dropdown lists appear:
  
  Repeat Every

  If you select Holiday, the following dropdown lists appear:

5. Optional: Enter the start date of the Date Rule and click Check to confirm when the subscription booking will be activated.
6. Click Save.
  The Date Rule is created.
Optional: Under Location Photos, drag and drop a photo of the location, or click Browse Files to find the photo.
Click Save.
