Marking an MDT Message as Done

You can mark messages sent from drivers using their on-board MDT as done.

Before you begin

The Dispatch page must be open.

About this task

To keep track of driver messages, messages are viewable from the MDT pane on the bottom right corner. Messages are saved in the system for the day of service.

Procedure

  1. In the Daily Runs pane, click on a run.
  2. In the MDT Messages pane , you can view a list of incoming messages from MDTs.
  3. Right click a message and in the pop-up window click Mark Done.
    An MDT message is about to be marked as done. A red rectangle highlights the button inside of a pop-up window.
    The message will be marked as done and removed from the MDT Messages pane.
