Adding a Comment to a Booking

Comments are general information about the client or the client’s booking.

Before you begin

Trip Booking must be open.

About this task

You can also edit a comment for a booking directly in Trip Administration; see the description of the Change Booking button in the Trip Administration Toolbar.

This is an optional setting.

Procedure

  1. Select a client and create a trip.
    At minimum, a Date, Client, Req time, Origin, and Destination should be defined.
  2. Click the Detail tab.
  3. Type a Comment about the booking. (If it is a group booking, this comment only applies to the group member currently selected in the Group Booking tab.)
  4. Continue adding information about the trip as needed.
  5. Do one of the following:
    ToDo this
    Save the booking for batch scheduling laterClick the Save button:
    Diskette.
    Schedule the booking immediatelyClick the Schedule button:
    Three times: 1:07, 1:10, and 1:40.
