Booking a Return Trip

Booking a return trip creates a new trip back to the client’s departing location.

Before you begin

Trip Booking must be open and a booking should be open and completed.

About this task

If there was only one stop on the client’s trip, the drop-off (Destination) information becomes the pick-up (Origin) information, and new drop-off information needs to be specified.

For example, if a client is picked up at home and dropped off at the doctor’s office, you can book a return trip where the pick-up is at the doctor’s office and the drop-off is at the client’s home. If there are multiple stops during the client’s trip, the final stop becomes the last pick-up location, and the final drop-off location will be the client’s home.
