Specifying Client Mobility Aids for a Booking

The Mobility Aid field on the Detail tab shows all mobility aids selected for the client on the Detail tab of the client file.

Before you begin

Trip Booking must be open.

About this task

To add or remove a mobility aid, in the Mobility Aid list, click the mobility aids the client requires.

When an eligibility condition is in effect for a booking, the system checks that the mobility aids in Trip Booking match the mobility aids assigned to the eligibility condition on the Client Eligibility tab. A warning message appears if there is a mismatch.

If the mobility aid you require does not appear in this list, make sure it falls within the Is Selectable status in the Mobility Aids ancillary data.

Procedure

  1. Select a client and create a trip.
    At minimum, a Date, Client, Req time, Origin, and Destination should be defined.
  2. Click the Detail tab.
  3. Click the client’s Mobility Aids in the list.
  4. Continue adding information about the trip as needed.
  5. Do one of the following:

    Save the booking for batch scheduling laterClick the Save button:
    Diskette.
    Schedule the booking immediatelyClick the Schedule button:
    Three times: 1:07, 1:10, and 1:40.
