Entering Smart Card IDs to Bookings

The Smartcard Id field on the Supplementary Data tab shows the Smart Card identification number entered for the client in Clients.

Before you begin

Trip Booking must be open.

If none has been entered previously but an ID number exists for the client, type it in this field.

Select a client and create a trip.
At minimum, a Date, Client, Req time, Origin, and Destination should be defined.
Click the Supplementary Data tab.
Type the customer’s Smartcard Id.
Continue adding information about the trip as needed.
