Issuing Case Letters
Letters that have been printed and sent to clients should be marked as issued in the system.

About this task
Procedure
- Select the case card for the case where the letter has been printed and sent.

In one of the panes, click the Menu
button:

Do one of the following:
To Do this Mark the letter for the selected phase as issued Click Letter Issued: 
Mark all letters in the selected phase as issued Click the Letter Issued arrow (
), then click All In Phase.A Confirm Move message appears. - Click OK.
