| BidCategory | Contains a bid unit category (Absence, Banking, Extraboard, HolidayExtraboard, HolidayRun, OptionalRun, PassExtraboard, PassHolidayExtraboard, PasHolidayRuns, PassReliefDayOff, PassRuns, Questions, ReliefDayOff, ReliefRosters, ReliefVacation, Roster, Rota, Run, Volunteer, Waivers, WorkPreferences). |
| WorkTypeGroup | Work type group for the bid unit. From AncillaryGroups.AncillaryGroupType. |
| EmployeeTypeGroup | Employee type group (from AncillaryGroups) to which the bid unit applies. |
| DisplayName | Display name of the bid unit. |
| ExtraBoardTypeId | Extraboard type identifier from ExtraBoardType.ExtraBoardTypeId. References the associated extraboard if the bid unit is for extraboard employees. |
| Comments | Comments about the record. |
| UseEligibleBalance | If true, the eligible balance will be used as opposed to accrued balance. |
| BidOrder | Order by which employee are sequenced (S = Seniority, VS= Vacation Seniority, VGSS = Vacation Group Sequence/Seniority, VGSVS = Vacation Group Sequence/Vacation Seniority). |
| Sequence | Used to order the display sequence for the quota type in the Select Quota page of the Employee Bid wizard. |
| AcceptedInBidRequests | If true and supported in OPS-Web, the appropriate bid request pages are presented. |
| MaxPrimePeriods | Maximum number of absence weeks that can be bid using the associated absence quota type. |
| PickAllVacation | If 1, employees must pick all of their absences. If 0, employees do not have to pick all their absences. |
| AbsenceQuotaTypeId | Absence quota type identifier from AbsenceQuotaTypes.AbsenceQuotaTypeId. References the associated absence quota type. |
| AccrualType | Accrual type identifier from AccrualTypes.AccrualType. References the associated accrual type. |
| WorkBasedDaysOff | If true, days of the week where work is not selected will become the employee's regular days off. |
| DayOffQuotasNeeded | Number day-off quota records that must be selected for this bid unit. |
| JobClassGroup | Job Class Group (from AncillaryGroups) to which the bid unit applies. |
| AgencyGroup | Agency group for the bid unit. From AncillaryGroups. |
| BidTypeFlag | Type of bid (0 = All, 1 = Cross Divisional, 2 = Regular). |
| AutoCreateVolunteers | If true, volunteers are automatically created. |
| DaysOffMethod | Method used to determine an employee's day off (0 = Regular, 1 = Work Determines Days Off, 2 = custom). |
| AssociateWithCustomOnly | If true, the bid unit is associated with a custom module. |
| BidRequestProcessingMethod | Method used to process a bid request (0 = process weekly, 1 = process daily, 2 = process daily with Day Off preference considered first). |
| VolunteerTypeGroup | Volunteer Type Group for the bid unit. From AncillaryGroups. |
| RestrictToAccrualYear | Whether to restrict absence selection to the accrual year. |
| ModTime | Time the record was last modified. Value is in seconds from midnight. |
| ModDate | Date the record was last modified. |
| ModBy | User who last modified the record. |
| ModAction | Last action performed on the record. |
| SharedWorkDivisionGroup | Specifies the division group for a cross-divisional optional work bid unit. |
