| MinDays | Minimum number of days that the employee can be absent within the Rule Type field time span to qualify for the award. |
| MaxDays | Maximum number of days that the employee can absent within the Rule Type field time span to qualify for the award. |
| EmployeeTypeGroup | Employee type group eligible for the award. (From AncillaryGroup) |
| Amount | Monetary value awarded to the employee for meeting the MinDays/MaxDays criteria. |
| ModTime | Time when the record was last modified. Value is in seconds from midnight. |
| ModDate | Date the record was last modified. |
| ModBy | User who last modified the record. |
| ModAction | Last action that was performed on the record. |
| BonusTime | Number of seconds awarded to the employee as bonus time in the defined period (monthly, quarterly, or annually). |
