| AuthorityTypeId | Authority type identifier from OPSIncidentAncillary. |
| AuthorityType | The authority type. The values in the drop down are retrieved from the OPSIncidentAncillary table. |
| Sequence | Unique sequential number given to each officer that is associated with the same incident. |
| Jurisdiction | Short description of the jurisdiction of the associated police officer. |
| BadgeNum | Badge number of the associated employee. |
| Name | Name of the associated police officer. |
| ReferenceText | References a record or document associated with this record. |
| Comments | Additional comments about or from the police officer who responded to the incident. |
| Phone | Work phone number of the associated police officer. |
| MobilePhone | Mobile phone number of the associated police officer. |
| FaxNumber | Work fax number of the associated police officer. |
| OfficerPresentDuring | Indicates whether the reporting officer was present during the incident. |
| OfficerPresentAfter | Indicates whether the reporting officer was present after the incident. |
| ArrivedAtSceneTime | If applicable, the time when the reporting officer arrived at the scene of the incident. Value is in seconds from midnight. |
| LeftSceneTime | If applicable, the time when the reporting officer left the scene of the incident. Value is in seconds from midnight. |
| ReportingOfficerName | Full name of the reporting officer. |
| StarNumber | Star number of the reporting officer. |
| DistrictNumber | District number to which the reporting officer belongs. |
