Sequence Unique number given to parties associated with the same incident.

VehDescription Description of the other party's vehicle.
Year Year of manufacture of the other party's vehicle.
Insured Indicates if the other party is insured.
InsuranceCompany Insurance company of the other party.
InsurancePolicyNumber Insurance policy number of the other party.
LicenseNumber License plate number of the other party's vehicle.
LicenseState State/province of issue of the other party's vehicle's license plate.
