| TimeValue | Quantity of TimeUnits used for penalization. |
| RuleSequence | Unique sequential identifier given to penalties with the same PerformanceTypeAbbr and FromPerformanceValue. |
| ModTime | Time the record was last modified. Value is in seconds from midnight. |
| ModDate | Date the record was last modified. |
| ModBy | User who last modified the record. |
| ModAction | Last action that was performed on the record. |
