| DormancyFlag | If true, the skill is dormant for the specified time period. |
| FromDate | Start date of the validity period. |
| ToDate | End date of the validity period. |
| Comments | Comments about the record. |
| DoneFlag | If true, the record has been processed successfully. |
| Violations | Description of import violations (e.g., 'Invalid Claim Type'). |
| Fixed | If true, the record was fixed. |
