AlertTypeID Alert type identifier from AlertTypes.AlertTypeId. References the associated alert type.
FromDate Start date from when the absence alert type is valid.
ToDate End date to when the absence alert type is valid.
Description Description of the absence alert type.
AbsenceTypeGroup Absence type group of absences (from AncillaryGroup) that are counted for this absence alert type.
PeriodType Specifies what time period the system checks when looking for absences in the specified absence type group (1 = Previous Days, 2 = Previous Months, 3 = Future Days, 4 = Future Months).
NumOfPeriod Number of days or months for which the system checks for employee absences in the specified absence type group.
CheckCurrent If true, the system checks the current day for absences in the specified absence type group.
TimeUnits Specifies how the system counts absences for generating the absence alert type (1 = Continuous Absence Calendar Days, 2 = Continuous Absence Work Days, 3 = Occurrence, 4 = Absence Days).
MinValue Minimum number of absences in the specified absence group for an employee in the specified period of time for the system to generate an absence alert of this type.
MaxValue Maximum number of absences in the specified absence group for an employee in the specified period of time for the system to generate an absence alert of this type.
AlertMessage Message for absence alerts of this type.
EmployeeAlertMessage Employee message created when an alert of this type is generated.
AlertTrigger Specifies when the system checks absences and generates absence alerts of this type (ALW = All Day Activation, ACR = Absence Creation, RWD = Regular Work Day Activation).
AlertAbsenceTypeGroup Specifies Absence Type group that will receive alerts.
ModDate Date the record was last modified.
ModTime Time the record was last modified. Value is in seconds from midnight.
ModAction Last action performed on the record.
ModBy User who last modified the record.
