| DateLogged | Date the record was logged. |
| DateCharged | Date the record was charged. |
| TimeLogged | Time the record was logged. Value is in seconds from midnight. |
| TimeCharged | Time the record was charged. Value is in seconds from midnight. |
| InvestigatorName | Name of the investigator. |
| InvestigatorCommentMemoid | Memo identifier from MemoValues.MemoId. References the investigator's comment for a specific action. |
| EmployeeCommentsMemoId | Memo identifier from MemoValues.MemoId. References the involved employee's comment for a specific action. |
| CommentsMemoId | Memo identifier from MemoValues.memoId. References the generic comments for a specific action. |
| CrossedOut | If selected, the Admin Action is crossed out. The record is retained but has no impact on performance. |
