| DivisionGroup | Group of divisions for which this record applies. |
| EmployeeTypeGroup | References the associated employee type group (from AncillaryGroup). |
| WorkTypeGroup | References the associated work type group (from AncillaryGroup). |
| PayRate | Specifies the pay amount that is added to the hourly pay when employees work on the shift. |
| RateFactor | Specifies the pay rate that the employees' hourly pay is multiplied by when they work during the shift. |
| AbsenceTypeGroup | References the associated absence type group (from AncillaryGroup). |
| ModTime | Time the record was last modified. Value is in seconds from midnight. |
| ModDate | Date the record was modified. |
| ModBy | User who last modified the record. |
| Abbreviation | Abbreviation of the work shift. |
