| PayCode | Unique identifier for a pay code. |
| Description | Description of the pay code. |
| PayRate | Hourly pay rate for the pay code. |
| PayrollCode | Payroll code identifier from PayrollCodes.PayrollCode. References the associated payroll code. |
| UseEmployeeRate | If true, the employee pay rate is used. |
| RateFactor | Factor that the sum of the Employee Rate and Pay Rate is multiplied by to get the total pay rate. |
| ReportingGroup | Reporting group (from AncillaryGroup) of the pay code. |
| ApplyShift | If true, pay transactions with this pay code will have shift premiums applied. |
| ModTime | Time the record was last modified. Value is in seconds from midnight. |
| ModDate | Date the record was last modified. |
| ModBy | User who last modified the record. |
| ShowZeroPay | If true, pay transactions with this pay code with zero PayTime will show up on the Weekly Timekeeping Summary screen. |
| PayAmountOnly | If true, manual pay transactions with this pay code do not required a PayTime, only a PayAmount. |
| ModAction | Last action performed on the record. |
| UserString1 | Client supplementary data. |
| ClawbackSTPayCode | Used in clawback pay calculations. |
| ClawbackOTPPayCode | Used in clawback pay calculations. |
| Secured | If true, security permissions are required by the user to use the pay code. |
| UseDefaultShift | If selected, the default shift rate will be used. |
| DisplayMethod | Defines how pay codes appear (e.g., Always Show and Include in Totals, Show when Time Span Format set to Hours & Minutes only and Hide in Totals). |
