| DivisionGroup | Group of divisions for which this record applies. |
| EmployeeTypeGroup | Employee type group (from AncillaryGroup) for the seniority order rule. |
| EmployeeStatusGroup | Employee status group (from AncillaryGroup) for the seniority order rule. |
| StartingSeniorityNumber | Number to assign to the employee with the highest seniority. |
| SeniorityOrder | Employee date field and numeric field names, in the order for sorting employees when assigning seniority numbers. |
| ModBy | User who last modified the record. |
| ModDate | Date the record was last modified. |
| ModTime | Time the record was last modified. Value is in seconds from midnight. |
| ModAction | Last action performed on the record. |
| JobClassGroup | Job Class Group (from AncillaryGroups) to which the seniority calculation rule applies. |
