| AgencyId | Agency identifier. |
| EffectiveFromDate | The from date of the date range that this configuration is applicable for. |
| EffectiveToDate | The to date of the date range that this configuration is applicable for. |
| EmpBidUnitListId | Reference to a BidUnitListId in the BidUnitList table. All employees within the official bid having a bid unit in this list will be eligible to participate in the Operational Bid. |
| IncludeHDEmployees | If false, any employee having a Hold Down during the Operational Bid period is not allowed to participate in the Operational Bid. |
| WorkBidUnitListId | This references the BidUnitListId in BidUnitList table. All work with worktypes defined in these Bid Units will be considered available for bidding. |
| ModBy | Last time the record was modified. |
| ModDate | The date the row was last modified. |
| ModTime | The time the row was last modified. |
| ModAction | Last action performed on the record. |
