AgencyId Agency identifier.
EffectiveFromDate The from date of the date range that this configuration is applicable for.
EffectiveToDate The to date of the date range that this configuration is applicable for.
EmpBidUnitListId Reference to a BidUnitListId in the BidUnitList table. All employees within the official bid having a bid unit in this list will be eligible to participate in the Operational Bid.
PrimaryWSGroup This is an ancillary Work Subtype Group. Work with a work subtype in this group will be deemed as Primary Work.
PrimaryAwardLimit An employee can only have this maximum number of Primary Work awarded in a given original bid. If an employee already has the maximum award, he/she is not eligible to participate in the new Operational Bid. If the value is 0, that means there is no limit.
OptionalWSGroup This is an ancillary Work Subtype Group.Work with a work subtype in this group will be deemed as Optional Work Usually these are trippers, optional work, etc.
OptionalAwardLimit An employee can only have this maximum number of Optional work awarded in a given original bid. So, if an employee already has the maximum award, he/she is not eligible to participate in the new Operational Bid. If the value is 0, that means there is no limit.
ReplacePrimaryWork If true, the primary work assignment of an employee can be replaced.
ReplaceOptionalWork If true, the optional work assignment of an employee can be replaced.
WorkBidUnitListId This references the BidUnitListId in BidUnitList table. All work with worktypes defined in these Bid Units will be considered available for bidding if the work is opened.
IncludeWorkOnceReplaced If true, the replaced assignment should be restored to the works list so that it is immediately available for bidding.
ModBy User who last modified the record.
ModDate The date the record was last modified.
ModTime The time the record was last modified.
ModAction Last action performed on the record.
