Description: Contains employee and work incident types and subtypes.

| IncidentType | Unique identifier for an incident type. |
| IncidentSubType | Unique identifier for an incident subtype. |
| Description | Description of each type and subtype combination. |
| EffectiveFromDate | Start date from when the incident type is in effect. |
| EffectiveToDate | End date to when the incident type is in effect. |
| Comments | Comments about the record. |
| LatLonRequired | If true, a geocode of the incident location must be included when entering an incident of this type. |
| Preventable | If true, the incident type is preventable. |
| ReportingGroup | Reporting group (from AncillaryGroup) of the incident type. |
| ModDate | Date the record was last modified. |
| ModTime | Time the record was last modified. Value is in seconds from midnight. |
| ModBy | User who last modified the record. |
| ModAction | Last action performed on the record. |
| GroupCode | Incident column group identifier from OPIncidentColumnGroups.GroupCode. References the associated incident column group. |
| NewIncidentDistributionList | Distribution list of email addresses that receive notification when incidents of this type are created or if the type of an existing incident is changed to this type. |
| StatusChgDistributionList | Distribution list of email addresses that receive notification when the Closed status for incidents of this type changes. |
| DefaultPerformanceValue | Default number of performance points associated with the incident type. |
| PerformanceTypeGroup | Performance type group (from AncillaryGroup) associated with the incident type. |
| EmployeeTypeGroup | Employee type group (from AncillaryGroup) for which the incident type can apply. |
| AllowAssociated | If true, an incident of this incident type is allowed to have associated or linked incidents. |
| AllowDependant | If true, an incident of this incident type is allowed to have dependant incidents. |
| VehicleRequired | If true, an incident of this incident type requires a vehicle to be selected. |
| EmployeeRequired | If true, an incident of this incident type requires an employee to be selected. |
| WorkInfoRequired | If true, an incident of this incident type requires work to be selected. |
| AgencyGroup | Agency Group (from AncillaryGroup) for which the incident type applies. |
| AllowComFeedBack | Allow the incident of this incidentSubType to have links to customer feedback. |
