Description: Stores bulletins that need to be broadcasted to employees based on their division and/or work details.

| WeekTemplate | Indicates the days of the week during which the bulletin is valid. |
| DivisionList | Comma-delimited division list for which the bulletin is valid. |
| EmployeeTypeList | Comma-delimited employee type list for which the document bulletin is valid. |
| BulletinType | Type of bulletin (1 = Generic, 2 = Detour, 3 = Document). |
| DetourType | Type of detour (1 = Line, 2 = Line Group, 3 = Work). |
| BulletinMessage | Body of the bulletin message to be broadcast. |
| LineAbbr | Line for which the bulletin is applicable. |
| LineGroupAbbr | Lline group for which the bulletin is applicable. |
| WorkName | Work name for which the bulletin is applicable. |
| FileGroupId | File group identifier associated with the bulletin. |
| AcknowledgeAction | Acknowledge Action. |
| ModBy | Last time the record was modified. |
| ModDate | Date the record was last modified. |
| ModTime | Time the record was last modified. |
| ModAction | Last action performed on the record. |
| ReferenceSource | Source of the bulletin (when imported from external source) (1 = TransitMaster). |
| ReferenceId | Reference ID from the source system. |
