| Months | Minimum number of months of service required following the Step Progression or Longevity date to be eligible for this pay rate or factor. |
| PayRate | Pay rate for employees in this job class and with the specified minimum number of months of service. |
| RateFactor | A percentage pay rate increase for employees due to length of service. |
| Flag | Pay rate type (0 = Regular, 1 = Longevity). |
| ModTime | Time the record was last modified. Value is in seconds from midnight. |
| ModDate | Date the record was last modified. |
| ModBy | User who last modified the record. |
| UserString1 | Client supplementary data. |
| ModAction | Last action performed on the record. |
