| ToTime | End time after which the consist is no longer valid. Value is in seconds from midnight. |
| NumCars | Default number of cars for consists. |
| TimeIsPrevDay | Whether the block's pull out time is from yesterday. |
| StartTimeStamp | Operator start time. |
| EndTimeStamp | Operator end tIme. |
| BusTypeId | Unique identifier for the bus type (from OPSBlocks.BusTypeId). |
