| DocTypeSource | Source of the document type (1 = Bid Employee Documents, 2 = Employee Documents, 3 = Medical Test Documents, 4 = FMLA Certification Documents, 5 = Incident Documents, 6 = Investigation Documents, 7 = Performance Documents, 8 = Absence Documents). |
| DisplayOption | Default value(s) for where the document type can be viewed (e.g., Employee Self-Service). |
| AcknowledgeRequired | Default value only. If selected, the document of this type must be acknowledged by the associated employee. |
| ModTime | Time the record was last modified. |
| ModDate | Date the record was last modified. |
| ModBy | User who last modified the record. |
| ModAction | Last action performed on the record. |
| ViewableTimeframe | Default value for the timeframe in which an employee can view the document type (0 = no limit). |
