| WorkAssignmentAction | When processing assignments, action to take when job class and work class do not match (0 = Use Work Job Class If Ranked Higher, 1 = Always Use Employee Job Class, 2 = Always Use Work Job Class). |
| ModTime | Time the record was last modified. Value is in seconds from midnight. |
| ModDate | Date the record was last modified. |
| ModBy | User who last modified the record. |
| UserString1 | Client supplementary data. |
| UserString2 | Client supplementary data. |
| ModAction | Last action performed on the record. |
| DivisionGroup | Group of divisions for which this record applies. |
