| GroupCode | Group of access levels in which you are specifying this field access level. |
| Description | Description of the incident record field access level. |
| TableName | Table where the incident report field is stored in the database. |
| ColumnName | Incident report field to which the access level applies. |
| AccessLevel | Access level for the specified field in the specified group (1,2,3,4,5). |
| Mandatory | Indicates if the field must be populated in all incident records (1 = True, 0 = False). |
| Notification | Indicates that if OPS Work Assignment Notification is used at your transit site, the field is included in e-mail notifications when incident records are created or changed (1 = Included, 0 = Otherwise). |
| ModBy | User who last modified the record. |
| ModDate | Date the record was last modified. |
| ModTime | Time record was last modified. Value is in seconds from midnight. |
| ModAction | Last action that was performed on the record. |
