| EffectiveToDate | Latest date the course is offered. Empty date represents that the course is on-going. |
| DivisionGroup | Group of Divisions for which this course is valid. |
| EmployeeTypeGroup | Group of EmployeeTypes for which this course is valid. |
| SkillTypeId | Skill associated with this course. |
| SkillAction | 0 = Not Applicable, 1 = Extend Expiration Date (If applicable), 2 = Extend Expiration Date and End Dormancy. |
| SkillTimeUnits | Time units used for the penalty (e.g., D = Days, W = Weeks, M = Months, Y = Years). |
| SkillTimeValue | Quantity of time associated with the SkillTimeUnits. |
| SkillTimeReference | 0 = First Day attending Training Course, 1 = Last Day attending Training Course . |
| ReferenceText | Course Reference Text (Course Number). |
| MemoId | Unique identifier for a memo about the training course. |
| FileGroupId | Identifier to group all files for the training course. |
| Comments | Additional comments about the training course. (Not currently used.) |
| ModTime | Time the record was last modified. Value is in seconds from midnight. |
| ModDate | Date the record was last modified. |
| ModBy | User who last modified the record. |
| ModAction | Last action performed on the record. |
