| FromDate | The from date of the date range for this Operational Bid. |
| ToDate | The to date of the date range for this Operational Bid. |
| BidId | Reference to the official bid that this Operational Bid belongs to. |
| CrossDivisional | If true, operators do not have to belong to the division to participate in the bidding process. |
| CreateManualRosters | If true, the user will manually create extraboard rosters after the start of the operational bid for the purpose of rebalancing. This field is only relevant for EB Operational Bids. |
