Description: Contains a list of passengers banned from service.

| ModDate | Date the record was last modified. |
| ModTime | Time the record was last modified. |
| ModAction | Last action performed on the record. |
| ModBy | User who last modified the record. |
| DisplayOption | Display option for banned passenger list (0=Not allowed on web, 1 = Employee Self-Service). |
