| EmployeeId | Employee identifier from Employees.EmployeeId. References the employee who made the request. |
| AbsenceTypeId | Absence type identifier from AbsenceTypes.AbsenceTypeId. References the absence type associated with the absence quota type. |
| FromDate | Date the requested absence is to begin. |
| ToDate | Date the requested absence is to end. |
| SourceType | Indicates the source of the request (0 = Bidding, 1 = Manual, 3 = Web). |
| RequestStatus | Status of the request (0 = Pending, 1 = Denied, 2 = Granted, 3 = Granted Absence Has Been Changed, 4 = Granted Absence Has Been Deleted). |
| TransactionDate | Date the record was created. |
| TransactionTime | Time the record was created. Value is in seconds from midnight. |
| Comments | Contains additional comments by the employee who submitted the request. |
| ModBy | User who last modified the record. |
| ModDate | Date the record was last modified. |
| ModTime | Time the record was last modified. Value is in seconds from midnight. |
| AbsenceReasonId | Absence reason identifier from AbsenceReasons.AbsenceReasonId. References the associated absence reason. |
| RelationshipId | Relationship identifier from AbsenceRelationships.RelationshipId. References the associated relationship. |
| AccrualYear | Accrual year for which this absence request must be accounted for. |
| FromTime | Time the absence is requested to begin. Value is in seconds from midnight. |
| ToTime | Time the absence is requested to end. Value is in seconds from midnight. |
