Adding Employees to Volunteer or Extraboard Lists

Add employees to the volunteer or extraboard lists in the Daily Activity screen.

The OPS > Dispatch > Daily Activity > Add Volunteer or Extraboard must be granted.
  1. Open the Daily Activity screen and set the Context (F3).
    If preferred, you can show only Not Assigned (unassigned) employees.
  2. In the employees view, select an employee.
  3. Select Add Volunteer or Extraboard: Add Volunteer or Extraboard
    This option is available on both activated and non-activated days.
  4. Select Extra Board or Volunteer.
  5. Select the ExtraBoard Type or Volunteer Type.
    If the employee already has associated volunteer or extraboard types, they won't appear on the list.
  6. Select Add.
The List Type for the employee is updated and the employee is available for the selected volunteer or extraboard type.

If you aren't able to see the employee after updating the list type, change the Context (F3).
