About Smart Filter for Daily Activity
Using Smart Filter, you can filter work records in the Daily Activity screen based on the currently selected record.
Filters match one of the following values. Sometimes, these values are actually a concatenation
of other values (as indicated).
- Assign List (assign list + type)
- Bid Employee
- Block Name
- Employee
- Line List (select a line from a second dropdown menu)
- Run Type (work type + work subtype)
- Vehicle Number
- Work Name
The Assign List option isn't available if there is no value specified in the selected record. Other fields are always available, even if the selected record has no value for them. This means you can filter for records with no entry for those items.
You can filter an already filtered view, essentially applying a sequence of filters to the data to create exactly the list of records you need.
Note: If you have enabled auto-refresh, the screen updates while
maintaining the filter. Any records that meet the filter settings are shown and any records
that don't are removed from the display.
