Using Activity-Based Extra Work

Extra work can be broken down into activities from OPS Daily Activity Types ancillary data.

For extra work to be activity based, it must have a work subtype with the Activity selected in Work Subtypes ancillary data.
  1. In the Daily Activity screen, set the Context (F3).
  2. Select the piece of activity-based extra work to edit.

    The work must be assigned to an employee.

  3. Select Edit Work Times: Edit Work Times

  4. Select an Activity.
  5. In the Hours column, enter the duration of the activity.
  6. Repeat these steps for each activity.
  7. If required, you can change the From Time of the first activity.
  8. Optional: Select the square to the left of the activity record and drag to change the order of activities.
  9. Select Close.
