About Assigning Work

Open work can be assigned to operators on the extraboard and volunteer lists after a day is activated.

Open work includes work not covered by bidding or work that was unassigned because of an absence or other reason.

In the Daily Activity screen, you can assign work manually using these methods:
  • Assign Employee
  • Drag and Drop
  • Suggest Employee
In the Work Assignment Assistant screen, you can assign work using these methods:
  • Manually with suggested work
  • Automatically
