Time and Distance
The Time and Distance report shows information about trips that may have involved poor service because of the length of the ride and/or because of service violations that occurred.
| Parameter | Description |

| From Date | First date of records in the report. |
| To Date | Last date of records in the report. |
| Presets | From the drop-down, Select a report parameter configuration. Preset icons allow you to edit a preset, create a new preset, or delete a preset. |
| Violation(s) | If no violation type is specified, all trips appear in the report. If violation types are specified, only trips with the specified violation types appear in the report. |
| Provider(s) | If All is selected, records for all providers appear in the report. If Provider is cleared, select providers for the report from the list. |
| Minimum Trip Length | Minimum length of trips in the report. |
| Maximum Trip Length | Maximum length of trips in the report. |
| Odometer Distance | If selected, the report shows odometer distances. |
| Show Details | If selected, the report shows detailed information. |
