Alert Types

Alerts notify system users of important information and can be specific to screens and audiences. For example, an alert about a client can be shown to schedulers when they book trips for the client.

To add ancillary data, click File > Ancillary Data > Para > Client > Alert Types.

Table 1. Alert Types Ancillary Data
Field	Description
Type Name	Name for the alert type.
Priority	Number for the priority level. For example, 1 for highest priority and 2 for second highest priority.
Closable	If selected, the alert can be closed by the system user who sees it.
Audiences	User groups who can see the alert. Note: User groups are defined in the Trapeze6 Client Shell under Security.
Context	Screens or areas where the alert can be created. For example, select Trip Booking if users can create the alert in Trip Booking.
Text	Text for the alert.
