Eligibility Conditions

Eligibility conditions determine whether or not a client is eligible to use a service.

Eligibility conditions depend on the transit site policy. Restrictions may be related to time, the purpose of a client trip, or to the client’s needs. For example, some clients may only be able to use the service in the company of an escort. Eligibility conditions are selected in Client Registration when clients are registered, and available conditions are shown in Trip Booking when users create a client booking.

To add ancillary data, click File > Ancillary Data > Para > Eligibility > Eligibility Conditions.

Field	Description
Type	Code for the eligibility condition.
Description	Complete name for the eligibility condition.
Program	Corresponding eligibility condition program. Note: Eligibility Condition Program ancillary data must be created before Eligibility Conditions ancillary data.
Allowed Addresses	The eligibility condition applies to the selected options (Destination Type or Frequent Address) as indicated in the Elig. Conditions frame on the Detail tab in Trip Booking.
Sort Order	Number that determines the order the eligibility condition is shown in Trip Booking.
Web Enabled	(For PASS-Web) If selected, the eligibility condition can be selected in PASS-Web.
Perform Tests	Select whether to enable the automated condition and eligibility tests to be performed.
