Description |
| Category |
- Accident
- An event during an employee's shift that unintentionally resulted in a
person being injured or property damage that may or may not have been caused
by the employee.
For example, a vehicle collision or a passenger injured
during a trip.
- Employee Incident
- An event caused by an employee's behavior that may or may not have
resulted in discipline. For example, an operator getting into an argument
with a passenger.
- General Incident
- An event that is not considered and accident or an employee incident but
still needs to be documented. For example, two passengers getting into an
altercation on an employee's vehicle.
