Defining Travel Exclusion Rules

Travel Exclusion Rules ancillary data allows you to set rules for who can travel with specific Object Type/Object combinations.

About this task

Travel exclusion rules have replaced schedule rules. Rule types for adding new travel exclusion rules are defined in Schedule Rule Types ancillary data.

Procedure

  1. Click File > Ancillary Data > Para > Service > Travel Exclusion Rules.
    The Travel Exclusion Rules dialog box appears.
  2. Click Add.
  3. Select an Object Type.
  4. Select an Object.
  5. Select a Rule Type.
  6. Click Add.
  7. Select the newly created Object Type/Object combination.
  8. Click Edit.
  9. In the rules grid, right-click in a column and select the appropriate Add options.

  10. Click Save.
    The selected Object Type/Object combinations are added to the list with rules to prevent them from traveling with the original Object Type/Object combination.
