Client Inactive Status

Use Client Inactive Status ancillary data to define active and inactive status codes for clients.

For example, clients can have inactive statuses because of negative account balances or because they have moved outside of a paraservice area.

To add ancillary data, click File > Ancillary Data > Client > Client Inactive Status.

Field Description
Abbr Alphanumeric status abbreviation of up to eight letters and numbers.
Description Description of the status.
Inactive If selected, the code is an inactive status code. If cleared, the code is an active status code.
Note: When you select an inactive status code for a client in the Client Registration, the Inactive check box is also selected by default. When you select an active status code, the Inactive check box is cleared.
