Creating Checklists

Checklists are used by supervisors and driver auditors in SupervisorMate when they log on to an MDT device to verify that they have performed all tasks required before starting a vehicle and beginning the daily run.

Procedure

  1. Click File > Ancillary Data > Para > CheckList > Checklists.
  2. Select the checklist Type.
    You can choose from Pre-Inspection (used by drivers before beginning their route), Post-Inspection (used by drivers after driving), and Supervisor (used by supervisors).
  3. Click Add on the right side of the screen.
    The Add frame appears.
  4. Type a List name for the checklist.
  5. Type the percentage score that is the Passing Grade that the driver must attain to operate the vehicle.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Optional: To edit the checklist name and passing grade, click the Edit button.
  8. Optional: To remove a checklist, select the checklist Type and its name from Available Lists, then click Remove.
