About Employee Statuses

Employee status information (for example, if an employee is active or inactive) is available in the Employee Profile screen.

The Employee Profile - Status screen includes information on the following:
  • Division
  • Employee Type
  • Job Class
  • Status Type
  • Pay Rate (If the OPS > Pay Rate Calculation > Pay Rate Calculation Method property is set to Use Employee Rates.)

You can create a new status record when an employee's status changes, For example, one record could show that an operator is active from August 16, 2021 to April 22, 2024. A second could show the employee is inactive as of April 23, 2024.
