Customer feedback (complaints and commendations) is entered using Trapeze COM and can be viewed using the Employee Profile screen.

The Employee Profile screen provides a read-only view of customer feedback. If performance management activities are associated with a piece of customer feedback, you can view a performance report. A ribbon icon ( Complaint ) appears in the Attribute column for customer feedback records with performance management activities.
