Incidents associated with specific employees can be viewed from the Employee Profile screen.

The Employee Profile- Incidents screen shows incident records for the employee. If performance management activities are associated with an incident, you can view a performance report. You can also print incident reports and open editable reports.

Button	Label	Description
	Clone Record	Creates a copy of the selected record.
	Performance Details	Shows performance details.
	Performance Report	Generates a Performance Details Report.
	Add Performance Details	Add performance details.
	Navigate Incident Admin	Opens the Incidents Detail dialog for the incident.
	Event Report	Shows the Incident Report. You can print or save the report.
	Investigations	Opens Investigation dialog for the incident.

The OPS > Employee Profile > Incidents permissions determine whether you can view and edit incident information.
