Adding Employee Pictures

Employee pictures can be included in either the employee card or in a separate screen.

The OPS > Employee Profile > Employee Card > Upload Picture > Edit security permission must be granted.

In Properties, OPS > Employee Profile > Picture Display in Employee Card must be selected to make pictures appear in the employee card. Otherwise, they're shown in the Employee Profile - Picture screen.

  1. Open the Employee Profile screen and set the Context (F3).
  2. Select an employee.
  3. Select Upload Picture: Upload picture button
    The Employee Picture Upload Dialog box appears.
  4. Navigate to and select a File Name and select Upload.
    Uploaded images are saved to the database.
  5. If you can't see the newly uploaded image on the employee record, do the following:
    Typically, these steps are performed by a system administrator. Specific permissions are required.
    1. Right-click in the detail view and select Customize.
    2. Select the Employee Picture field and then select Apply.
    3. Select OK.
    4. Press F5 to refresh the screen.
  6. To change the employee image size, do the following:
    Typically, these steps are performed by a system administrator. Specific permissions are required.
    1. Right-click and select Design Mode.
      Design Mode is checked.
      Design Mode with a checkmark beside it.
    2. Drag the picture frame to its preferred size.
    3. Rearrange the fields as needed.
    4. Right-click and select Design Mode to exit design mode.
      Design Mode is no longer checked.
    5. Press F5 to refresh the screen.
The employee picture is seen in the employee record.
