Viewing Employee Vehicle History

Vehicles that employees have driven and the dates they drove are available in the Employee Profile screen.

The OPS > Employee Profile > Vehicle History Timeframe property specifies the time range for available vehicle data. This time range ends at the To Date specified in the Employee Profile screen Context. For example, if the property setting is 365 (a year) and the To Date is January 3, 2022 you will see vehicle assignments from January 3, 2021 to January 3, 2022.

Open the Employee Profile screen and set the Context (F3).
Select an employee and then Vehicle History.
The top pane shows the vehicle types the operator has driven in the specified period. Select a record to see a detailed list of vehicles of that type driven during the period.
