About Volunteer Records

Volunteer records are created for employees who volunteer for work in addition to their regular work assignments.

Volunteer records can be created in the Employee Profile - Volunteer screen, during bidding, when preparing for operational days, or in Employee Self-Service.

If employees have multiple volunteer records, they can volunteer for work on different days, at different times, and in different locations. For example, an employee might volunteer for work on a day off in some regions and volunteer for work on a working day in other regions.

The OPS > Employee Profile > Volunteer security permissions determine whether you can view and edit volunteer information.
